You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.

GoSaathi facilitates introductions and bookings. Companions are independent providers, not employees or agents of GoSaathi. GoSaathi is not an escort, dating or sexual-services platform. Any such request or arrangement is a serious violation of these terms and the Community Guidelines and results in a permanent ban and, where appropriate, a report to law enforcement.

Browsing companion profiles is free. To confirm a booking, the customer pays a 10% advance through the platform's payment provider. Chat and complete booking details become available after the advance is successfully verified. The remaining 90% of the companion fee is agreed and paid directly to the companion. Companions set their own rates, and GoSaathiTravel charges 0% platform commission on companion fees.

A booking request is an offer; it is confirmed only when the companion accepts. Either party may cancel a pending or confirmed booking subject to the companion's stated cancellation window. Both parties confirm completion after the trip.

You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully, to meet in agreed public places, and to follow the Safety Policy. GoSaathi may suspend or remove any account for violations, safety reports, fraud, or misleading information.

GoSaathi verifies identity but does not control companions' conduct during a trip and is not liable for the acts or omissions of customers or companions. Use the safety tools, trust your judgment, and contact local emergency services (112 in India) if you feel unsafe.

The platform is operated online at gosaathi.online. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, safety, legal compliance or business operations.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change.
