Prohibited requests — whether in chat, in a booking message, or in person — are a zero-tolerance violation. Accounts are permanently banned and serious cases (trafficking, exploitation, threats to a minor) are reported to law enforcement.

Always agree a public meeting point. Keep conversation on GoSaathi until you both feel comfortable. Don't share your home address, financial details or documents. Use the trip share and check-in tools.

Reviews must reflect a real, completed trip. No paid, fake, retaliatory or off-topic reviews. We remove reviews that violate these rules.

Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, suspend, or permanently ban an account, and withhold or reverse membership benefits. Report anything that breaks these guidelines from the in-app Safety Centre or to trust@gosaathi.app.
