These terms govern your use of GoSaathi (gosaathi.online and the GoSaathi app), operated by [Registered company name], [Registered office address] ("GoSaathi", "we"). By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, Refund policy, Cancellation policy and Community guidelines.

1. What GoSaathi is

GoSaathi is an online marketplace that helps customers discover and book verified companions for approved social experiences such as travel, events, festivals (including Garba and Dandiya), food, photography, shopping, sightseeing, adventure, sports and city exploration. GoSaathi is an intermediary: the experience is provided by the companion, who is an independent individual and not an employee or agent of GoSaathi. GoSaathi is not a dating, escort or sexual-services platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You can sign up with a Gmail address (verified by a one-time code) or with Google. Mobile-number login is not offered.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts cannot be sold or transferred.

3. Companions

• Companions must pass identity verification before their profile is published. Verification documents are never shown publicly.
• Companions set their own experiences, prices and availability, and must describe them honestly.
• Companions are responsible for their own taxes and for any permits their experiences require.
• Changes to a companion's name, photos or identity documents are reviewed before they go live.

4. Bookings and payments

• The price of a booking is fixed when you request it. Later price changes by the companion do not affect it.
• To send a request you pay a booking advance of 10% of the experience price to GoSaathi through Razorpay. Available booking credit is applied automatically first.
• The remaining 90% is payable directly to the companion, as agreed in the booking. GoSaathi does not collect or refund this amount.
• The companion has up to 12 hours (and at least one hour before the start) to accept. If they decline or don't respond, your advance is returned under the Refund policy.
• Browsing, signing up and sending requests are free. There are no memberships or subscriptions.

5. Booking credit

Booking credit is issued only in place of a refund you are eligible for. It is non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and is applied automatically to future booking advances. Every credit and debit is recorded in your credit history.

6. Conduct and prohibited use

You must follow the Community guidelines. In particular, sexual services, escort arrangements, prostitution, sexual solicitation, harassment, threats, violence, drugs, trafficking, fraud, coercion, exploitation and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited. Do not ask for or make payments outside the booking terms, or share contact details to avoid the platform.

7. Safety

We verify companions' identity, but we cannot guarantee anyone's behaviour. Meet in public places, share your plans with someone you trust, and use the Report and Block tools. In an emergency call 112. Read our Safety guidelines.

8. Reviews and content

Reviews are allowed only after a completed booking and must be honest and respectful. You keep ownership of what you post, and give GoSaathi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on GoSaathi for operating and promoting the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, receive credible reports, or put others at risk, and may cancel affected bookings. You can close your account at any time by writing to support@gosaathi.online.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoSaathi is not liable for the acts or omissions of customers or companions, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the booking advance you paid to GoSaathi for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify GoSaathi against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your conduct during an experience.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Grievance redressal

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can raise complaints about content or conduct on GoSaathi with our Grievance Officer:

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the website or by email before they take effect.
