Frequently asked questions
Is browsing free?
Yes. Signup, browsing, profile viewing and booking requests are free. There is no membership or subscription.
What do I pay upfront?
A 10% booking advance to GoSaathi. The remaining 90% is paid directly to the companion at the experience.
What if the companion declines or doesn't respond?
You get your full advance back, as a refund to your original payment method or as GoSaathi booking credit, your choice.
How long does a companion have to respond?
Up to 12 hours, and always at least an hour before the experience starts. If they don't respond, the request expires and your advance comes back.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before the companion accepts, or at least 24 hours before a confirmed booking, you get the full advance back. Later cancellations forfeit the advance.
How is booking credit used?
It is applied automatically to your next booking advance. It is non-transferable and can't be withdrawn.
Are companions verified?
Every companion's identity is verified by the GoSaathi team before their profile is published.
Is this a dating or escort service?
No. GoSaathi is for approved social experiences only. Dating, escort or sexual services are strictly prohibited and lead to a permanent ban.
Can I log in with my phone number?
No. Sign up with a Gmail address (with OTP verification) or continue with Google.
